About Wholistic Health

In this Web site, "human health" means "the degree to which a person functions mentally,  spiritually, physi-cally, and psychologically, compared to how they're 'de-signed' to function." The adjective "wholistic" (often spell-ed holistic) spans all four health domains vs. any one of them. A toxic environment, family, belief, event, or rela-tionship is one which hinders or reduces someone's wholistic health. Nurturing relates to filling current pri-mary needs in each of these four domains.

Premises: leaders in high-nurturance families and other groups (a) are usually guided by their true Self, and (b) strive to achieve and maintain the wholistic health of all group members and people they affect.
